West Winds HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of "storm drains," also known as stormwater facilities and ponds, within the West Winds subdivision. This includes eight (8) detention or retention stormwater ponds.

Private Alleys

The West Winds HOA maintains three private alleyways: Bora Way, Mistral Way, and Zephyr Way. These alleys are essential for residential access and emergency vehicle clearance.
🚫 NO PARKING is permitted on the exterior (non-sidewalk) sides of these alleys at any time.
This restriction ensures unobstructed access for residents, delivery vehicles, and emergency services.
